As one of the top four automobile groups in China and the top selling domestic Chinese automotive brand, Changan has quickly established themselves as an early leader in the Chinese auto industry that is growing in global presence and recognition. Changan’s industrial history dates back more than 157 years.
Changan operates joint ventures with Ford and Mazda, that respectively produce Ford and Mazda branded passenger vehicles for the Chinese market. It also has a joint venture with Jiangling Motor Corporation Group and Always, which produce SUVs sold under the Landwind marque. Changan’s commercial vehicles are sold under the Chana brand.
